If I want to open a mold, what do I need to do to prepare?
Generally, provide the mold manufacturer with 3D drawings of the part and the number of cavities you need, and the mold manufacturer can make an accurate quotation for you. The quotation includes the cost of the mold and the price of a single finished plastic product.
If I don’t have 3D drawings, can I customize the mold in Yuanhai?
Of course, you can also customize the mold by mailing samples. We will use 3D scanning and manual correction to make the drawings needed for mold opening.
Can you provide 3D proofing and mass production services?
Yes, we can provide. We have our own injection molding production plant. Ten injection molding machines can ensure delivery time for mass production. At the same time, we have advanced 3D printers that can provide samples and functional testing services based on 3d drawings.

What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
