Custom Injection Mould
Plastic injection mold is one of the most produced molds our company undertakes. On average, hundreds of injection molds are provided to partners all over the world every year.
Rubber Mould
Precise clamping treatment allows the silicone to condense faster in the mold and demold faster and better, without pulling and damaging the silicone product. The produced silicone products are soft and not deformed.
Plastic Overmould
Overmold is the type that Yuanhai often makes. The superb mold processing technology makes the surface of the product after the second encapsulation smooth and without water marks, and the encapsulation is firm and not deformed.
Double Color Mould

- About Rapid Prototype, we can provide two production modes: 3D printing or machining.
- Because of the high cost, we do not recommend mass rapid prototyping, which will reduce your profits. So when you need functional testing of plastic products, Yuanhai will only produce small batches and use it for testing.
